We believe there should be strong connections between plate, planet, people and culture. It is from this belief that we are committed to the procurement of ethically raised and envirowise products and offer them in healthy and balanced dishes. We use our best efforts to use organic and traditionally raised foods and prepare them with unpretentious flavourings and well-executed techniques. These real foods, offer countless of flavours and textures and concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Our Executive Chef Keith Farkas is committed to community involvement. Every Sunday you will see him at the local farmer’s market purchasing the freshest seasonal produce from the local farmers and community gardens. This helps shorten the distance our food travels and reduces our carbon foot print.

Our dishes are brilliantly matched with an extensive and eclectic wine list. Collecting great wines from California, our neighboring Okanagan, Europe and the new world, our 3000-bottle cellar is a proud representation of the quality we offer our guests. Explore a new vineyard’s best or a tried and true classic from France or California. If you have a special request for a specific bottle, please contact our reservations team and they will do their best to look after your request.
Due to the specifics of British Columbia Liquor Laws, any alcohol on the premises must be purchased under our liquor license. As a result, any alcohol purchased outside of the lodge may not be brought onto the property. However, we have an extensive and eclectic wine library and serve a full selection of beers and spirits. If you have any special requests before your arrival, we will do all we can to accommodate you.
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, given our remote location these could be a health and safety hazard. Our primary focus is providing healthy balanced meals in a safe and timely manner, as a result we are unable to cater to individual food preferences as this may impact on the whole group’s dining experience.
