Arrival Evening:

5:00pm Meet at the Island Lake parking lot just outside of Fernie B.C.    Don’t be late!
5:30pm Transfer by Snow Cat to your lodge
6:00pm – 7:00pm Greeted by staff at your lodge. Take your ski boots to the Bear Lodge ski room to have them set up with your Island Lake powder skis (if you are using our complimentary skis).  Meet your group and mountain team
7:30pm – 9:00pm Dinner in the Tamarack Dining Room
9:00pm – 12:00am The Bear Bar is open for guests to enjoy

 

1st Ski Day:

7:00am – 8:30am Breakfast in Tamarack Dining room
8:30am – 10:00am Transceiver and safety training
10:00am – 4:00pm Ski the Island Lake Terrain.  The snow-cats will have coolers loaded with sandwiches, snacks, juice and water. No need to stop for lunch so you can maximize your ski time! There is room for you to bring a small bag if you wish – extra goggles, gloves and layers are recommended.  There is also a sound system with an iPod player in the cat.
4:00pm Après-ski in the Bear Lodge. Warm up by the fire, have a bite to eat, a refreshing drink, and check out the photos from the day
4:30pm – 7:30pm Massage appointments available at The Spa @ Island Lake

2nd Ski Day:

7:00am – 9:00am Check-Out with Front Desk @ Tamarack Lodge
9:00am – 3:30pm Ski the Island Lake Terrain.  The snow-cats will have coolers loaded with sandwiches, snacks, juice and water. No need to stop for lunch so you can maximize your ski time!
3:30pm – 4:30pm Après-ski in the Bear Lodge, then head back to your Lodge to make sure you have all your things together.  Your cat driver will pick you up at your Lodge.
4:45pm – 5:15pm Snow-cat transfer from the Lodge to the parking lot.
